      Use of the Alemite B2B website is limited to current Alemite customers. You may call your Customer Service Dept at 1-800-822-4579 for assistance in getting set up.

      On the Login screen, there is an option for �Forgot password?� Answering a �secret question� (previously entered by the user) will initiate a random replacement password that will be e-mailed to the user using the email address on file.

      Yes, a company can have many login id�s, one for each person as needed. Each, of course, is established independently and is subject to the same security requirements.
